ENERGOPIAST Sp. z o.o. has been operating in the market since 1992. We are a multi-discipline company providing a range of special-purpose services to industrial, energy and mining sectors.

As an expert and qualified company as well as having experience and appropriate technical and production facilities, we are able to offer effective solutions that bring tangible economic, legal and social benefits to our clients. From the very beginning, we have been assisting our customers in reducing nuisance noise emissions, in processing and supplying suitable conveyor belts or in implementing construction projects as part of the energy sector.

Our aim is to provide our customers with a comprehensive service, which is why we have a design office, a measurement laboratory, a production plant, assembly teams and an after-sales service within our structures. This approach has allowed us to establish partnerships with many multinational companies that use our ideas and solutions in their projects.

Caring for development of the company, we take measures to continuously strengthen our market position, develop our technical staff and improve our brand. One way to improve our products is through collaboration with scientific bodies, such as:

• AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow – Department of Mechanics and Vibroacoustics
• Institute of Heat Engineering in Łódź
• Wrocław University of Technology – Institute of Telecommunications, Teleinformatics and Acoustics
• Central Institute for Labour Protection.

Cooperation includes exchange of technical ideas, search for new solutions to minimise vibroacoustic hazards (in terms of design and execution), implementation of scientific and research work along with improvement of human resources (enabling student internships, providing a workshop base for scientific work).

Based on such collaboration, we developed the award-winning EP-coustic^® and Eco-coustic^® acoustic protection systems in our laboratory. Their above-average acoustic performance has allowed them to be used as part of multiple projects all over Poland and abroad, so they can be found on every continent and in every major energy project in the country.

Since 1999, we have maintained a certified Quality Management System covering, in addition to vibro-acoustic protection and energy construction, the production, processing and service of conveyor belts. Our tapes are known as CONVI^® brand. They have been successfully used in the mining sector and industry for many years. We constantly maintain high stock levels to guarantee fast delivery of a wide range of products to our customers. Owing to our extensive technical background, the rubber vulcanisation process has no secrets for us. We are the only ones to use this process to join tapes, valances or to manufacture vibration isolators.
