The project team offers a full range of services related to the design phase of the project. We develop concepts, architectural and structural designs, as well as multi-discipline designs in terms of construction and execution. The cost estimating department prepares bills of quantities for works and performs investor cost estimates. When designing and producing quotations, we always select methods and technologies that stand out for the best value for money. We provide the Investor with formal support when completing technical documentation required by institutions and authorities as part of the construction process. On behalf of the Investor, we obtain building/use permits and other consents required depending on the type and intended use of the facility under construction
