For data processing, we use Comarch XL software

In the sales system, we only process the data necessary to carry out the sales process – required for the task and the proper functioning of the system.

Your data will be stored in the system for 5 years after the last sale.
A copy of the system data will be kept for 10 years.

Sharing personal data:
Your data is not shared with third parties. Your data can be accessed by our designated members of staff.

Right to amend:
We reserve the right to change the way we process data in order to be able to adapt it to current needs and legal requirements.

The right to inspect, correct and delete personal data:
You have the right to inspect, edit and delete your data to the extent that it is compatible with the performance of a current contract by contacting us at the e-mail address ezgody@energopiast.pl
